One of my favourite things about the cottage is the appreciation of rustic charm. After watching a segment on the Marilyn Denis show with Brett Walther, I was inspired to try this easy DIY on my own. I couldn’t believe how simple it was to do yet how much cuteness as added to the bathroom.

All you require is a mason jar, pump from an old soap dispenser, and super glue that is water resistant.

Step 1
Drill a hole using a hammer or metal bit into the top of the mason jar. Make sure that the hole isn’t too large so that the dispenser doesn’t fall through.

Step 2
Apply water-resistant super glue to the rim of the dispenser and hold it into place and allow to dry. Fill the mason jar with soap et voila!
