I love mexican food and it’s no a secret. When I asked my friend, and fellow sometimes blogger, to join me in making dinner, I could have never expected it to taste so good. She has a certain touch, I tell you. Taking a note from who other than Martha, we set a table and caught up over delicious Fish Tacos.

Using some old and new items I created a table that was colourful and cherry. The glasses were an old purchase from Urban Barn, the tea towel (used as a runner) is from Proud Mary. They are a really cool company that works with global artisans to sell their textiles. I highly recommend you check them out and I’m sure you won’t be able to resist add something to your home. The gold flatware is from West Elm. The napkins and vases were both on sale at Indigo.
(Psst, their summer sale is pretty great right now if you are revamping any part of your home!)

The end result.
