I’ve always appreciated a well thought out table to dine on. Growing up, I always took on the task of setting the table and during the holidays when I could get really festive, was my most favourite time. Fast forward a couple of years and I’m setting the table for our bookclub members. At our bookclub, it’s all about the food. Some may say theirs is all about the wine (which is partially true for us) but when you have a couple of great cooks in your club, it’s certainly all about the food. Most recently, we utilized a bookclub members front patio to discuss our latest book and she graciously allowed me to set the table – I was pumped! She already had the adorable blue patio set so I felt compelled to run with a blue, white and gold theme. It felt bright and summery and perfect for dining al fresco!

On the menu was her delicious homemade pizza paired with a green salad and scrumptious dressing, seriously, no one can make pizza like she can.
Charlie wanted in on the good food too.
