Sometimes I let my bananas get too brown. It’s a sin, I know but then we get to make banana bread! It always reminds me of my grams – she would always make either a loaf of muffins and they were always so delicious! I thought I had her recipe on hand but alas I have seemed to have misplaced it! I used this recipe here and the result was pretty good although not as good as my grams (which I now have in my possession!).
One step that I found interesting was that it called to mix the bananas with milk and cinnamon in a separate bowl before mixing with the rest of the mixture.
